I have been a tenant of an ALS managed property for 1 year . Jin is very professional in his responsibilities as the manager of this property. ALS has been very responsive to anything that has come up. They take their time to assure everything is up to par.
I have been living in one of ALS Property Management’s properties for almost 4 years, and my experience has been excellent. The whole process has always been smooth, and I have never faced any issues. Jin has been especially helpful and responsive whenever needed. I truly appreciate the professional and reliable service, and I would definitely recommend ALS Property Management to anyone looking for a hassle-free rental experience.
Recently moved into a new property being managed by Jin with ALS. I must say that Jin is fantastic and he is very quick to respond/fix any issues and answer any questions! Great experience thus far and confident we will be well taken care of as tenants!
새로운 곳에 이사를 와서 집을 구하는데, 쇼잉 부터 계약 진행 절차까지 매니저 JIN님께서 너무 친절하게 설명하여 주셔서 집 구하는데 도움이 많이 되었습니다. 궁금한 부분에 답변도 빨리 해주시고, 타주에서 이사를 해야 하는데 배려를 해주셔서 중간에 뜨는 시간이 없도록 혜택도 주셨습니다. 덕분에 이사를 원활하게 할 수 있었습니다. 비자를 전환 중에 있다 보니 계약 서류의 미비한 부분도 친절하게 설명해주시고 기다려주시고 해주셔서 계약이 잘 마무리 될 수 있도록 해주셨습니다. 다른 분들도 믿고 계약을 하셔도 좋을 것 같습니다. 계약이 끝나고 난 후에도 여러가지 문의를 드렸는데 너무나 친절하게 응대해 주셔서 감사드려요.
