I could'nt agree more with Corinna, Crook with all capital letters. Now they are billing for water all ready paid on, Have documented proof paid in January but bill recieved today states have'nt paid since october. They frequently misplace checks and try collecting again, have talked with a few of the neighbors who experianced that issue, When one of the neighbors was in their office to argue this they found the check under the desk blotter and didn't have the courtesy to say Sorry.
