We contracted Al to replace a liner when we bought our house. He started off as a great communicator but once he was paid - it was radio silence. He took our money and did not answer for almost an entire month. After multiple threats from our lawyer, he finally answered and came to install the liner. This was our second mistake- he installed the liner but only did 90% of the job and never finished cutting the outlets for the filter & skimmer.
