Toxic chemicals used. Saw a critter even after 2 treatments. Absolute disregard for personal items by the personnel. The chemicals were sprayed on everything indiscriminately including inside my suitcase. The smell never goes away and causes uneasiness in breath. Charged $545 for hardly a 20 minute job. Do not use this service. Instead search for a non-toxic or an integrated pest management solution.

We had Al come out to treat for bed bugs. DO NOT use him. He is not a huge company, it is just him. He is not licensed, and it's illegal for him to use the chemicals he used without one. He didn't even verify if we had bedbugs just had us leave. I drove back around less than 45minutes later and he was gone. Ummm ok odd. I asked him for his bond and license # again and he told me it's none of my business. Whatever he sprayed, the chemicals have made everyone in my house sick, especially my twins who are 6. Doesnt even deserve one star. Al responded quickly to our first request which was very encouraging, but missed all the follow up appointments with no heads up to us. We called at least four or five times and he said he'd get back to us, never did. Finally booked a return visit, prepared the two rooms and no show, with no heads up. He's unreliable and doesn't communicate. We asked him to work on only two rooms and when i turned around he was spraying the hallways, living room and dining room with out asking or informing me. Apparently this is a personal number so don't call in the middle of the night. That is when I was being bit so I called at that time. Owner called today to complain about the time of my calls. My apologies but that wasn't clear. Then he hung up on me. Can't say I'll be calling him back. He quoted me $685 for spray pesticide treatment of a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 month guarantee, FYI.
