My mother booked a broker company to move her from Montana to Arizona and Al's Moving out of Lake Havasu took the contract. They failed to inventory any of my mother's item and then dropped it off in a warehouse in Idaho Springs without any record if it and now cannot find her items. I have moved several times for business, no move has been on point or better organized then this one with Al's Moving Service. This was the furthest miles I have ever moved as well. From the very start I had great communication with my sales rep and dispatch team. Any questions I had was explained clearly and shown to me where to find on my contract.
