Stored at their original location out by The Depot for years. Minimal deposit, and fair rent prices for a decent sized space. They could have jacked their prices when the oil boom was happening but they chose to keep their units priced fair. Rent increases were few and far between and reasonable (maybe \$5 or \$10 a month every few years). The paved lot is awesome compared to a couple other places in town that have just dirt.

Clean and Safe place. Prices are a little high I felt but I guess that is Williston prices .
