Don t think twice- hire this guy!!! I just moved from AZ into a brand new home here in Herriman, Utah and wanted a kitchen backsplash installed. He responded within 2 minutes, quoted me a price better than 3 other companies, met me to look at my space, picked up my tile from a local business, and had the entire project completed within 5 days of me finding his name on the internet. Al is quite a character. Showed up, beat everyone else s bid and got the fancy Italian tile laid down on time.
I hired Al's Custom Tile to repair and tile a tub/shower and a stand alone shower. Al has recently contacted me and explained that they had a large job in Colorado that they had contracted prior to my job. I provided Al with the wrong mixing valve which did delay my project. Work has been finished. Al's Custom Tile really does beautiful work.
after getting a quat nd paying for a dspote this companny pulled out for saying that it was too much work. He left the work half done to not go with this company.

Yes we did take a $200 deposit, arrived at the house, which was a mess. I only took the job because I felt sorry that 3 other contractors had come and wouldn't return to do the job after seeing the condition of the home. So we started the tear out spent a good 4 hours and we noticed many black widows were not comfortable or safe in this environment so we informed the customer that we wouldn't be able to continue this made them mad so they put this incorrect review. So happy with Al and John. I even recommended them to someone while they were still working. John was one of the nicest people I've met and worked so hard on our bathroom tile and kitchen backsplash. They had great design ideas and our kitchen looks like something out of a magazine because of the extra details they came up with. Wonderful trustworthy and talented guys. Hire them!
