Al's fixed a dent in the truck of my car this week. When I picked it up there was a light rain, so I couldn't appreciate it long, but it was obvious that they cleaned the car and the whole car had water beaded up on the exterior. The interior....wow...they vacuumed and it looked awesome. I was impressed, not only with the minor dent repair, but the whole experience and how clean my car was when picked up. Thank you!!
Took the wife’s car there after we got rear ended last Christmas , they did a great job, no sign it was ever damaged. This week my old dodge truck is in getting a new door thanks to someone hitting it at Lowe’s of Hagerstown and driving off.
This is an overdue review, but I would definitely recommend Al's to anyone in the area. They took good care of my car, understood my concerns as someone who takes great pride in my car, and went beyond my expectations to advocate for proper repairs with the insurance company. I'm grateful they defended me as a customer and restored my car to its original condition. I will return if the situation ever arises again!
I just recently had some work done on my automatic doors to the Van and I am very satisfied with the work they provided. They also washed, vacuumed and cleaned the inside and outside. Very Nice people and family owned. I highly recommend them. 😊

I’ve been taking my cars to Al’s Body Shop since 2001, and will refuse to go anywhere else until the day they decide to close their doors. Even when I was living 2 hours away, I was a pain in my insurance company’s backside and made them take my car here. They’re professional, concise, and only hire the best talent to work on their clients’ vehicles. If they make a promise they keep it, and they communicate frequently throughout the time they have my car to keep me updated.
They do the best work. Great people to work with.
