RecommendedI recently took in a bike I had bought elsewhere and the technician made some adjustments and fixed a problem - all for free! Really appreciate these folks.
I have been to 3 other bike stores where I was greeted by pushy uninformed sales people. I always end up at Al's and get great customer service with attention to detail. They work on everything with pride as team. From old child's bikes to my Cannondale. Realy great guys in there.

I took my mountain bike and my son's to be serviced and repaired. They got them back to us earlier than expected and at a reasonable price. We've been out mountain biking again, and the bikes have held up and handle nicely. Yep, I recommend these folks.
Walked in talked to immediately. Have been shopping for a bike for about a month and got more info from one person then the 3 other bike shops I went to. Thanks Elijah and the guys at Nw location. Super friendly quick and down to earth.

These guys really stand behind their life-time service guarantee. I love living in Tulsa but wish Al's NW OKC shop was closer than 110 miles !!
