I was so impressed with Al and his team. He is on top of every aspect of service - listening, setting expectations, calling with updates, and follow up care. Very relieved to find a shop with qualified technicians and integrity at extremely reasonable prices.

I met Al many years ago when he worked at another shop. He told me he couldn't in good conscience put an alternator in my car not knowing for sure that was the problem.
