RecommendedI can't say enough good things about Al. If it's possible for a shop to do the opposite of up selling you- that's what they're doing. Like I go in thinking I'm due for something, but it's not really needed yet (I barely put miles on my car). So he tells me that...vs. just doing it and charging me. This last time my service got into 2 drop offs- and he didn't charge me for the work done on day 1...just charged me for everyone once done the next week. If you want great work at a fair price and super customer service then Al's Auto Repair is the place to go! I cannot recommend them enough! Al is great to deal with and so are his associates. Don't waste your time at other places - Al's is the best!

All the mechanics are skilled and the service is excellent. You never get hosed on the cost of repairs. They are fair and honest. I couldn’t ask for better.
My sister is new in town and needed work done on her F250 pickup. While Al wasn't able to help her (her truck is too big for his equipment), he gave her an idea of what the issue was and a price range of what the repairs should cost. He also offered to answer any questions or provide feedback on another shop's estimate. And, he didn't charge a diagnostic fee since he couldn't help her. We will definitely take our vehicles back here!
Hands down the best repair shop around! Al explained things to me in a language I could understand and I didn't once feel like he was suggesting any repair I didn't truly need. I have finally found my go to shop here in NC!
You guys are the absolute best! You, Terry, and the rest of the crew have always taken such good care of me and my family. You feel more like family than some actual family members do. :-)
