We got roller shades installed from ALRO multiple times in the past. They always did a great job. I also referred them to a couple of friends who also got their shades done from ALRO. I contacted them a few days back because my shades were not working. Their customer service was extremely rude to start with. They asked me to pay $120 which I did. I had heat insulated blinds installed. Hunter Douglas with remote access. These guys did an amazing job! Fast, friendly, knowledgeable - did not leave until everything works well and explained the app etc.
