Alrrady HomeCare has indeed been a tremendous blessing. Upon the unfortunate event in our family, Already HomeCare was graciously referred to us. Mrs. Susan (Director) & Mrs. Precious (Client Services Manager) worked diligently to place one of their CNA's in our home. Susan, with great pride and care, performs the assessments of the homes she places for the staff's safety and wellbeing. Both Precious, Susan and the rest of Already HomeCare staff have continued to go above and beyond! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
The director (Susan) and Precious (very fitting name) was absolutely Amazing With Helping My Mother And I Arrange Care For My Father.They Were Very Patient And Understanding (English is not my first language). Thank you to already home care !
Susan, Amber and Precious are very unprofessional. Susan doesn’t respond back and will jump on a call that Precious is conducting to put her 2cents in and then hang up on you without you even saying anything & Precious is stagnant in replying back in an orderly fashion over a weeks time just to press a button for important documents. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to associate with this company at all. Find another company to take care of your loved one!
