Tried to cancel our reservation due to the 2/22/26 Blizzard in the Northeast and our inability to travel to Fla. We called priceline to cancel who said they had tro contact the hotel. After 48 hrs, Priceline did nothing, so we contacted the Nassau Hotel and spoke to a front desk clerk named Eduardo. He was very rude and unwilling to help with the situation and kept insisting they were going to charge us over $500 for late cancel- even though we tried to cancel during cancelation time.
