Alexis, the technician, explained things in very simple terms. I didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell me. I hate it when techs do that! He was in and out of here in a timely manner.
Service tech was was very professional. Also worn shoe coverings and clean up after doing Service and made recommendations for spring Service of A/C.

After another company had tried days ago with a long stay & left & the problem still not finished we decided to call ALPS. He verified 2 more problems that we knew could possibly be existing & will repair them tomorrow. He is very noligable & verified that 2 more problems do exist & therefore went with his suggestion to repair them as we knew they potentially existed.
