I just got an AC yearly maintenance with Alonso Rojas of ALPS heating & air and it was great. He came in within the appt time. He was very thorough, he checked everything & beyond. He checked, cleaned where the AC drained under the sink, getting measurements on so many filters in diff rooms, changed the 2 main filters. Cleaned & maintained the outside AC box. I hope I’ll get him again for my AC & heating yearly maintenance service. Very satisfied.

I have a good experience so far with the estimation process. Mr. Allen Puig was very professional and detailed orientated. He suggested a few options that would match my current needs. I'm in the process of reviewing the quote along with the pros and cons of replacing my AC unit event hough I rarely use AC in the past.
Alps was great. They serviced my AC just in time for summer. I don’t want to have any problems on a hot August night. Alps was out the same day I called and took care of everything. I highly recommend them.
