ALPS was the original installer 13 years ago this is the first major repair. They replaced the Capacitor and checked the AC system. Alexis was very knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you
Can't say enough about the excellent, professional, and dedicated service the technical staff at Alps Heating & Air Conditioning provided when the supplier of my own A/C system failed to deliver even the minimum expected service. Alps H&A/C resolved the issue causing my A/C to shut down, thoroughly, professionally, courteously, and at a reasonable cost.
I met with Joey who showed up on time who was very engaged in the process of getting air conditioning installed. He was knowledgeable and supportive about the work that needed to be done
David was great! He should be getting extra Pay working in extreme heat & humidity!
