MY AC unit quit working, I called ALPS and they came out the next day. Their technician came out was very professional, he diagnosed that my capacitor had failed. He replaced it and the unit has worked ever since. ALPS will fix your AC.
Alps replaced my 40 year old HVAC unit three years ago and I have been extremely happy since. The unit runs efficiently and cools my house so much faster! They included the first two maintenance visits with my purchase for no additional charge. I just signed up for the customer care program. This was the first of two services under the program.
