Joey with APLS was very helpful helping me determine what was best for our house at the right price. I got everything I ordered. I love the Honeywell 9000 WiFi thermostat. They worked a schedule with me taking out the old furnace and AC units early so I could prepare the furnace room for the new stuff. The installation team where vary knowledgeable and did a professional job. The office personnel did everything to help get the job done on time and provided me with all the documentation I needed.
I would not use Alps Air in the future. Promises were made in a contract that the owner Al did not want to keep. Had to have a lawyer speak to him to keep his contract. Came out and possibly messed up my system. Not a trusted buisness that keeps its word.
I have used Alps A/C on two of my jobs. They have been very good to work with. They have worked with the utility company to get the rebate they were offering. I highly recommend Alps Air Conditioning & Heating. Barry Hanes Hanes Construction
Alps replaced my heating and cooling system several weeks ago. The installation was timely and neat. Thus far the furnace has performed perfectly. When hot weather arrives I ll be able to report on the cooling system performance.
I recommend Alps to anyone. I had them replace my old Heater / AC and all my duct work. I met with Joey and he was very nice, he explained everything and made me feel at ease. I liked that they are family owned, they take pride in there work. There were no hidden costs it was all explained up front. When it came to the installation day the team was on time and very polite. I highly recommend Alps Air-conditioning & heating! After meeting with Allen, we were confident that Alps was the company to go with for our new a/c and furnace. I cant tell you how happy I am that we made that decision. Allen and his crew were awesome! They were not only courteous, clean and professional, but they took care to ensure every little detail was absolutely perfect. If youre in the market for a new a/c or just need to find someone to service your existing one, I definitely recommend Alps!
