Best apartment complex ever. The tenants and manager onsite is so kind. I absolutely love living here. So clean too
I lived at Alpine Village for 7 years and I have to say the community there is what made that apartment living so great! The landlord Mary is such a kinda woman, always doing what she can for tenants and very good at communicating changes to the complex ahead of time! I’m going to miss living there and seeing everyone at Alpine Village. Such an amazing place to live, quiet, friendly neighborhood and a hard working landlord. Definitely would recommend living here over a lot of apartments in south salem.
I love this complex. Rents are affordable, management is responsive and maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. It's clean and quiet and in a great neighborhood. I don't know who the other reviewers are talking about regarding the manager, the property manager's name is Mary, not Jim. I've never met anyone named Jim here. And Mary is really nice.
