Happy In My New Apt I just moved in to Alpine Village and so far everything has been great. The apartment I moved into has a new air conditioner / heater and I'm told we're getting all new windows on the apartments. I think my electric bill is going to be great. Also, this was the easiest place to rent after all the places I looked because there is a full time manager in the office every day.
Alpine Village When I first looked at these apartments, years ago, they were really nice. they are now pretty run down and in need of major renovations. there are some really questionable characters living here also, even though they claim to check references and credit checks.

Quiet Location was much more quite than expected. Manager wasn't the friendliest, but I never had any problems. No pool and had to pay extra for my cat, but at least he was welcome there. Laundry in the basement of a separate building.
