Thankyou so much for helping our “tubby”. Your compassion and staff were so kind during this time. Thankyou!!
After my sweet wing girl Virgie had an accident, we were referred to Alpine. What a fabulous Vet Clinic. They saw us immediately, took great care (of all of us), and called to check in her the next day. As a working girl, I love that they’re open late, and seven days a week. We couldn’t be happier with our new vet home.
Super nice people here. It was a nice low stress experience.
We had an excellent vet before we moved here. She recommended choosing a vet in our new home with the AAHA certification. Alpine was the only one in Bend. Both of our miniature poodles have been well cared for here. We are also delighted that the weekend and evening hours prevented having to go to an emergency room for our (very) senior dog after a disagreement with another dog.
The time and energy they have spent on helping me with my nervous dog has made all the difference....I am so grateful for all of the staff here.
We recently had to bring our elderly and failing in health cat to the clinic for euthanasia. The vet and his support team are amazing and kind. I received a condolence card today from them. So caring and thoughtful. We’ll bring our other furkids here for all their needs! Thank you!
I've had dogs for 15 years, but I have never been to a vet who sat down with me for a good 10-15 minutes and explained what to be aware of, what vaccinations were essential and why, asked me about where I travel and what kind of exposure my dog gets to stuff, and laid out a health checklist for me to understand. Now I know WHY I'm doing all these things I've been instructed to do for years!
I lwould and do recommend y’all,I send you people to Check out puppies I sell, lm not complaining. It’s just that I sent an important question to y’all and got no answer, guess you were busy last week got no reply guess I’ll just call M
this place is AWESOME. i decided to switch vets after my last one moved, and put them to the test by bringing in a 6 week old rescue kitten with a double eye infection and upper respiratory infection. they had already prepped a room just for her with pheromones, catnip, and toys before i even showed up, and dr. kelley's knowledge and expertise had her infections starting to clear up within days!! this kitten was PURRING while they were drawing blood!! i can't recommend this place enough, they're the only place i'll be taking... read more
