RecommendedHad our first visit with our two new cats at Alpine today. Was totally impressed from setting the appointment, to checking in, to the care provided and the friendliness of the staff and especially Dr Webb was just amazing. We have had many many pets over the years in different cities and I have to say, this is the best vet experience I have ever had. Highly recommend. I did not realize when I moved to Bend how many veterinary clinics there would be to choose from. Off the top of my head, there's at least 10, all of which have great reviews and I've seen recommendations for. I originally chose Alpine Vet because they have evening hours that accommodate my schedule better. Alpine was incredible to take both our pets and we appreciated their Doctors and expertise!
I emailed yesterday wanting a well cat checkup, and Dr. Kelley personally emailed me back, and told me they could get her in today. I was so impressed by the entire staff, including Emma. They treated my fur-ball, Lily, like a princess. I can't say enough to express how much I appreciate the spot-on service we received. Y'all are amazing, and Lily & I thank you! 😺
Great hours, people and service
Took my cat here (indoor, very shy) and they had his room all prepped with toys, pheromones, and catnip for him before I even got there! It definitely helped him wind down a bit and everyone was so caring towards him! Very professional and helps you figure out the best plan for you financially. I definitely recommend this place!
The best Veterinarian Practice I've taken my precious fur baby to. The entire office is so kind, compassionate, helpful and professional. I can't say enough about how terrific every one of them was to my husband, myself and our little girl. They got us in as new patients, immediately.... took wonderful care of all of us and provided us with all the answers we needed to feel good about our little dogs health and well being. Very special people in this office......they are the BEST!!
