The lady at the desk is the best worker I've ever met and has worked with me on everything and made my life 1000% easier.
My credit card expired. I called and they updated the expiration date. They’ve been charging me since then based on my credit card statement. I showed up today and they have a lock on my unit. They didn’t answer their after hours number and when my son opened the office door to see if they were in office they just told him they were closed and they locked the door.
