Very through job. Technician was so helpful and knowledgeable of carpet cleaning. I would highly recommend this ultra service as other companies did not do a good job at all.

Robert did a phenomenal job! The apartment he cleaned today had two large dogs and smells everywhere. I couldn't believe some of the stains he got to come up! He was really nice and friendly. It was nice to meet someone who not only knew how to do their job but also understood everything about the cleaners and machines. I honestly thought I'd be receiving a phone call to cancel our appointment due to insane weather conditions. Instead, I received a call letting me know exactly when our tech would arrive. Vince was outstanding. Exceeded my expectations. Very patient with our 9 month old puppy and active 4 year old. Explained every step in detail, extremely polite & respectful. This is all in addition to doing an excellent job ... did I mention the puppy?! Wish I could give Vince 10 stars!
My carpet looks amazing...but only because Alpine was here to clean it. Had some awful spots that are now gone. The rep who did the cleaning was so polite and knowledgeable. I will use them again and highly recommend that you choose this compay.
Robert did a great job. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and what outcome to expect. He was fast and the carpets turned out good. I was satisfied with the service.
