The gentleman did an excellent job all the way through the process. Very professional, great customer service, and was very aware of my needs and expectations. The entire carpeting came out great - my 7.5 year old carpets look brand new! The stairway looked especially sparkling!
We had air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Anthony is my technician and he is super friendly and enthusiastic about helping his clients. He throughly explained the process and addressed all my questions and concerns in detail before he started his work. He also put down protective blankets to avoid damage to drywall and hardwood floor. He even took off his shoes upon entering. He cleaned up everything after cleaning, the house is as clean as it was. Super pleased with the duct & vent cleaning and sanitation service. Steve was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very careful with my cat making sure he didn’t escape the house. I made several phone calls and got other estimates that were nearly double the price. I’m very pleased with the very reasonable price and the outstanding service. Highly recommend!
I contacted Alpine Specialty Services for a air duct vent quote and Katie got back to me quickly and addressed any questions that I had. She continued to check in until I made my decision. We have a furnace under the house in our crawl space, so I contacted Katie to make sure that the quote included go under the house, since some companies weren't able to do this service. Technician Jesus was friendly, knowledgeable and my carpets look great. Even got out stains we didn't think anyone could. Much better experience than I had with ZeroRez!! They were awful and damaged my floors. Alpine did an amazing job
