Mike did a great job cleaning our carpets today. He was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I appreciate how he tried to make us have a good experience.
The scheduler was very professional and kept me well informed of arrival times. I was able to get an appointment in the time frame I needed. Technicians were well groomed and polite. They did a wonderful job and I love my carpets again!
