We weren’t guaranteed or promised anything because they didn’t want to give false expectations... which is an honest business practice I appreciate. But, literally, besides some paint my grandson spilled over a year ago(which was a huge improvement), every stain came up. Mike Byam did our carpets and sofas and was beyond exceptional. Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, he came bang on time and provided a service that was out of this world. Stains we’d given up hope of removing all gone. Thank you so much.
Second time I’ve called in their big truck. More costly than budget carpet cleaners but the quality of the cleaning is head and shoulders above other options. The people are very friendly, as well, both over the phone and in person. I’ll call them again next time.

They arrived on time(were even early). The young man worked hard, I had a staircase and several other rooms to clean. Carpets look great.
