This company was mediocre as a landlord and became horrible when we left. Full disclosure, we did break our lease. However, we gave 30 days notice and agreed to pay the break lease penalty. Our property manager took 22 days to acknowledge our intent to vacate and took two more weeks to list our property for rent (the lease stated that they would make "make every commercially viable attempt to re-rent or re-lease the unit."
