Your company is abhorrent at managing and handling your renters. You are currently renting to terrible tenants who disrespect the property, engage in illicit activities, and yell obscenities in front of a young child who lives within the residence. Update 7/9/26: Called every day this week about my apartment being 90 degrees and just getting hotter. They’ve said “they don’t have an answer for me”. Keep in mind the original request was submitted in May. —— Stove hood does not work correctly yet I was told it would not be repaired or replaced. Washing machine has been broken for a month with no updates. My heat is stuck on 90 degrees in June. There are massive hole in the walls of my garage. This company is terrible. Do not rent from them.
Always make sure and walk in to their office and demand a receipt or make payments on the portal. If you use money order via their drop box they will take the money and show no credit to your account. Lydia in the office will straight up lie to you. She told second lease holder one thing and then did the exact opposite a couple days later with no communication to him. This company absolutely is not trustworthy and will be filing a complaint to the BBB and Attorney General's office to get back stolen funds.

This is an outstanding property management company. I’ve been with them for three years and I’ll probably be with them as long as I live in Sioux Falls. They take care of their tenants, address issues immediately, and have enough caring compassion to be competent at their job. I would highly recommend.
