DISAPPOINTED! 3.3 stars is generous with their customer service! Waited days to see one of their homes as I arrived on time, he was on virtual call and was surprised I had appt at same time. I waited an waited to discuss the unit I was so excited for and ended up leaving as I had another appt. No call back no apology no nothing!
Your company is abhorrent at managing and handling your renters. You are currently renting to terrible tenants who disrespect the property, engage in illicit activities, and yell obscenities in front of a young child who lives within the residence. I have made two calls to you. Two. And sited the issues with the unknown number of people who live and/ or stay at this residence. You’ve done nothing. Update 7/9/26: Called every day this week about my apartment being 90 degrees and just getting hotter. They’ve said “they don’t have an answer for me”. Keep in mind the original request was submitted in May. —— Stove hood does not work correctly yet I was told it would not be repaired or replaced. Washing machine has been broken for a month with no updates. My heat is stuck on 90 degrees in June. There are massive hole in the walls of my garage. This company is terrible. Do not rent from them.
Always make sure and walk in to their office and demand a receipt or make payments on the portal. If you use money order via their drop box they will take the money and show no credit to your account. Lydia in the office will straight up lie to you. She told second lease holder one thing and then did the exact opposite a couple days later with no communication to him. This company absolutely is not trustworthy and will be filing a complaint to the BBB and Attorney General's office to get back stolen funds.
