I asked for billing specifics before the appointment, and was not informed that their therapy cost to insurance is $463.78 per hour, with a patient responsibility of $184.25. There are plenty of providers in the area that charge much less, I feel deceived by Alpine and I would have gone elsewhere if I knew their billing practices.
