Rented this place for three years . They didn’t care about the up keep only collecting rent & will do any for it .Bad Business!! So Do not be fooled by JR he’s robbing Peter to pay Paul & lending on tenants who don’t their worth or resource’s you can find better suites new with better management DO NIT LET THIS B YOUR LAST STOP . Especially if you care about your clients environment

THESE REVIEWS CAN NOT BE FROM ACTUAL TENANTS . Please read reviews from people who worked here and not just toured the place and got a smile from the OLD MEN . Honestly I wasn’t going to write a review because I move on to midtown . But I will never forget how JR handled me as tenant here for YEARS . Mr Johnson and his team at Alpine Properties were a pleasure to work with. Alpine was very helpful throughout the entire process. They communicated very well with us and made us very comfortable when going over any paperwork.
