If you need to loose money , go to this office; they will charge you any amount of money for no examination or no service provided. Very dishonest place. Stay away! I went there for information on dental implant- just to see who is this dentist. I was not decided for that place, but week later I was a charged $320 dollars! I made complaint to NJ Office of Attorney General. Case is pending.
This office is very poorly managed and run. Check-in took longer than normal - both because the front desk was busy, and also they were using an iPad system that failed 2x. Eventually they gave me paper forms. Altogether, it probably took me 20-30 minutes to fill out all the necessary new patient info because of all the issues with the iPad. Scheduled appointment right on time. Dr. Shin and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
Very good and professional service. I broke my front tooth; it was irreparable, and there was a bone loss underneath. My dentist referred me to Dr. Shin to get an implant. Dr. Shin removed my broken tooth, grafted some bone to replace the missing material, and put in an implant. It took several months to get the implant and a crown on it, since healing was involved between the procedures. Beware of this office. They make appointments for you without your knowledge and then demand $50 when you cancel them. They are quite rude about it.
Phenomenal staff, Dr. Shin runs a smooth practice at Alpine dentistry.
Just went to him for the first time for a consultation and was so impressed that I'm going to have my surgery and implants done with Dr. Shin! He thoroughly explained procedures, made me comfortable and discussed the best options for me and then we came up with a plan that I was comfortable with. Very knowledgeable and kind!
Dr. Shin has great hours for a specialist, is very confident with his work and helps keep you at ease.
