Have now purchased from them multiple times for my Bentley: Brake pads, hood struts, and trunk struts, all at good prices without compromising quality. Recommended and will use again. The one improvement I'd suggest is that shipping seems a bit high such as the recent $40 (about 30%) for a narrow strut package which was not heavy. I'd like to see the shipping cost be closer to what I'm guessing is their real cost. But overall I'm quite happy.

Very pleased with Alpine Performance Team with excellent customer support. I ordered a control arm for my QP5. The part I received had a small defect. I dropped an email at 8pm with some pictures. 2 hours later I received a reply from Matt to let me know that my claim is well received and will be processed early the next day. Because we work on Bentley and Rolls Royce along with our main brands of BMW, Audi and Mercedes and the local dealer in the DFW area is outrageous in pricing we have had to find other sources for quality parts. Alpine is one of the only groups in the states we have been able to find that was quick, knowledgeable and very competitive in pricing. The handful of times we have used them they have nailed it every time. Outstanding work gang and thank you for the help and great products priced right.
