DON'T EVER GO HERE! Alpine Pediatrics (at least the PG office) has been an absolute disappointment, and such an incredibly frustrating time with each visit and or phone call. When my 9 month old was sick, we were seen 3 times by 3 different people (you can never see the same one it seems), and 4 minute appointments with the same result- it'll pass. Six weeks later we have had to call several scary times when she couldn't breathe, had to wait on the stupid cue to talk to not-so-smart nurses, and even when I called back to con... read more

We have had multiple problems with Alpine Pediatrics. Every time our son is sick we end up having to go to them 3 times and nothing is done. We call them and ask them questions and they tell us it sounds like we need to bring him in, and they never end up doing anything but telling us what we already know, "he has a cough, and a fever..." Our first major sickness was that our son ended up having swine flu and it took 3 visits for them to figure that out... oh and us telling them that he had a 104 fever for the 7 days that we... read more

I have been going to Alpine Pediatrics for over 6 years and have been frustrated one too many times. I'm looking for another pediatrician. I'll even take a family practice doctor. The doctor's at Alpine Pediatrics are really nice, but you will probably only see them for well visits. If your child is sick you will see a Physician's Assistant. I asked the office manager about this and he said "This is our model. We are not going to change." Cathy Caldwell (a PA) is excellent. I really like her.
