This is a very smooth running team who work together very well to provide personalized service as needed. Pleasant environment. Not rushed. Every way to minimize pain and/or fear. Very friendly staff as well
Very professional atmosphere. Friendly staff. Rebecca was my hygienist and Dr. Baired was my dentist both looked into my best interest as a patient. Wonderful facility will be going again.
I’ve never met a more caring, thoughtful, gentle (even with grown up babies like me!) dentist and staff as this Alpine Dental Group. Dr Baird is quite knowledgeable and a genius in sculpting and turning my teeth mess into something I’m proud of... he is an artist..he is special! His wonderful staff, each and everyone is just as fantastic! My son and d-I-L and their 4 children all go to this office.
Dr. Baird and his team were very kind. The dental assistant- Rebecca- made me feel at ease while she was cleaning, making sure that I was as comfortable as you can be with things in your mouth. Dr. Baird asked me what I wanted done with my smile, and talked me through various options without making me feel forced to do anything. Veronica at the check in and check out was super helpful, and she answered all my questions.
Love the new office. Your office staff is wonderful and I love how helpful they are and so such great work. Would recommend you to anyone. Have a great day.
My comment is regarding Rebecca I dread cleanings. Having sensitive teeth and gums it's not fun. Rebecca is by far the most caring and professional at her specialties. I actually look forward to the deeper cleaning as I know she is as gentle and considerate as can be.
Dr. Baird and his staff provide the quality of care that goes beyond the clinical care of my teeth. I trust Dr. Baird's expertise and advise, but it goes beyond that. They listen and care about me as a whole person in an environment that feels safe and relaxed and comfortable which is something I normally did not associate with a visit to the dentist. It almost makes going to the dentist something to look forward to.
We found Dr. Baird after a very nasty experience with another dentist that left our son(6) with a pretty huge infection and fear of the dentist. Dr. Baird and his staff were amazing from day one. They were very patient with my son and understanding of his fear! We truly appreciated all the work that he has done and continues to do for our family. My kids love him and look forward to coming to his office. In fact we drive about 100 miles just to see him! He is that fantastic
I was so impressed with Dr Baird and how he handled my four year old and his cavity. My son was scared and he took his time explaining each tool to him and showing him that it wouldn’t hurt. Dr Baird was patient and kind through the hole thing, and was able to fill his cavity without it being a scary experience- we love going to Alpine Meadows Family Dental!
