Good guy. Took his time to listen to the upcoming landscaping projects. Added his valuable insight and experience.
Nice guy. Didn't come consistently. Started then would show up for days. Worked hard but is older and slower. Cost more than I thought it should of and then didn't get everything done we had originally planned.

Completed initial repair for the price estimate given owner at which time I reminded her of the fact that repairs are done on an hourly basis, and I could not guarantee the cost of further work requested to extend the line. She OKed further work, but the line broke in a difficult place requiring a moderate amount of extra work to repair the line going under a sidewalk before work could continue.
