Very rude walked in for service and the owner was very rude said was too busy to get me in very upset been a customer for years

I was really happy they could take me as a walk in. The staff was professional, the environment clean, clean tools sealed, and I got an excellent pedicure. I'll be back!! (Bring cash for tips)
Myself and 2 young daughters had a wonderful experience with them today . I got a pedicure and I can say one of the best!!!! They also did pedicures for both girls and their nails. Absolutely amazing place I've been going there exclusively for about 16 years because they pay attention to everything and anticipate your needs. I highly recommend ☺️
I am a runner. I lost my big toe nail on my right foot. BEFORE we started the pedicure I communicated I would need an acrylic on my big toe. He acknowledged. We proceed with the service. It’s time to paint. I asked about the acrylic. He says no one in the entire shop can do that. After they engaged in conversation in a different language, pointed AND laughed. I asked why wasn’t it communicated earlier. I ended up leaving with no polish. Extremely disappointed and disgusted.
