The room smelled like an ashtray. The bed looked like it was slept in. And there was garbage all over the floor behind the bathroom door. Old toilet paper roll, soap wrapper, some other random plastic junk. How did housekeeping miss that?
AC filters are choked, and you can see how bad the bathtub is. Bunches of hairs are stuck in the drain where water is supposed to flow out.
Walked in and the room reeked of cigarettes and smoke, there were stains on everything. The following morning we found a used dirty and broken crack pipe in a tissue box after using the remainder of the tissues left in the used box. We went to the front desk to ask for a refund, the lady working said she wasn’t authorized but she would speak with the “owners”.
