The attention one will get in this place is horrible. I walked in with my family and the associate said "how may i help you" in a disgusting way like i am the only associate free and i guess i have to help you even though i dont want to.

If you have a ResMED device, I highly suggest just buying directly from ResMED themselves. Alpine will charge a steep markup on their products for their cash price, and will bill your insurance an exorbitant markup beyond that if you try to use your insurance. Stay away and find a better durable med supplier or go to the source.

I also will be telling my insurance not to pay for the months I had a broken machine and no oxygen cylinders after they treated me like garbage and basically refused/ threatened me no oxygen... I was trested okay when my insurance paid on time... Also by looking at the reviews they treat you decent when insurance pays but the moment insurance is late on a payment you get treated like a second class citizen....
