Non smoking complex but my neighbors continue to smoke. Managers can’t seem to make them stop. I am forced to smell it every day all day and night. My clothes smell as it comes through my closet! My bedroom stinks and I smell it in my sleep! I’ve tried all avenues to stop this. I guess I’ll have to move now. 🤬it makes me sick and I’ve been to doctors twice. I like my apt. And the managers, but I can’t live this way. Unfortunate.
cockroaches! It's a nice apartments. I live here more than 6 years in 2 different units. But the problem is cockroaches! They do call pest control to spray for it twice per year and it cost $130 (for two treatments) and they charge residents for it no matter what. I know few people complain same thing. Same problem with mold. They change residents for it also. I tried to to explain it's not my fault. I'm a truck driver and don't carry even food at home. I always keep apartment nice and clean but they still charging me extra.... read more
Right, over this place. We have lived here for 3 years. In that time, upstairs neighbor was shooting porn and having parties all fucking night other neighbor had a heroine overdose, flooding in our apartment because they didn't keep up on the drain outside, black mold from the flooding, numerous cars broken into, and last night we watched as one of the largest drug busts in multnomah county occurred. Besides that the rent has increased past the necessity of the area. They call them upscale... ridiculous! Time to leave.
