One of the owners on the phone rudest most arrogant he slams the phone. No one was rude except the guy The rest of the staff are wonderful there’s a promotion and you’re trying to buy something. He won’t even tell you the promotion He wants to keep it then you mentioned and he goes oh yeah OK I didn’t know.
Yes, it depends on who you deal with. It is an Italian based family that has been in business since the late 50's. They're getting older and will probably be selling the business soon to retire. Go to one of the brother owners first about your needs and prices. Then, talk to one of the repair technicians. They will give you an honest answer about the options for your needs.
