She’s quick to address any concerns, whether they’re about your unit or the building as a whole. The neighbors are friendly and look out for each other—it feels like a small, close-knit community.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with this company. My mother recently leased an apartment that was advertised for $1,350.00 per month. The leasing agent we spoke with assured us that the monthly utilities would be approximately $150.00. Based on this information, my mother signed a 12-month lease and moved in. The landlord was very welcoming when I moved in about a year ago now and has since then become a friend as well. She ensures to take care of your concerns quickly whether it regards your own unit or the general living space of the building. The neighbors are pretty nice and look out for one another, it’s a sort of neat small community.
Sean was great to work with, always quick to respond and pick up the phone. He made the whole process stress free and I’d highly recommend working with him when looking for a new property.
