I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with this company. My mother recently leased an apartment that was advertised for $1,350.00 per month. The leasing agent we spoke with assured us that the monthly utilities would be approximately $150.00. Based on this information, my mother signed a 12-month lease and moved in. However, upon moving in, she began receiving utility bills of approximately $400 per month. The landlord was very welcoming when I moved in about a year ago now and has since then become a friend as well. She ensures to take care of your concerns quickly whether it regards your own unit or the general living space of the building. The neighbors are pretty nice and look out for one another, it’s a sort of neat small community.
Sean was great to work with, always quick to respond and pick up the phone. He made the whole process stress free and I’d highly recommend working with him when looking for a new property.
Property Manager Sean is my angel! He was attentive & went above & beyond to assist me in finding my perfect home. I am grateful & would recommend him to anyone searching for a new place to live. ☺️
This property is garbage to live at they charge alot for rent, and parking lot $150 and cars are not even safe they broke into my car 2 times this year 2024 and I don't even get compensated they care less about the tenants another thing property management very unprofessional i am for sure moving out asap. Warning do not rent these shitty properties i left March 31st and today it is April 24th and I have not received my deposit back i will never recommend these nasty alpine properties to anyone.
