Stayed 2+ years resident here! Professional, prompt staff! Upkeep and maintenance staff are hardworkers. Afi’s response time is always quick, maintenance always ready to fix any issues and also Jaime the maintenance staff. And Sean is one of the best he helped us look for another unit to transfer, really appreciate his time even during after office hours, never felt that their service was incomplete. I have been here for about 3 years now and I have seen two property managers cycle out. They are all equally unresponsive and irresponsible. It reached a new level when I experienced gross negligence and dishonesty shown by property manager Charlotte regarding a life-safety issue in my apartment. From March 2nd to March 19th, I was left without a functioning AC unit during an extreme heat wave where my indoor temperature reached 98 degrees. Affordable apartment at a good location. Parking is tricky but overall it's well worth the price. Management is very professional and responsive. Can definitely recommend renting with Afi and Sean again.
The building is fairly clean and well maintained. Rent is affordable. Units are thoroughly cleaned upon move-in. Management is fairly easy to get a hold of and maintenance is quick and reliable. Dumpster and recycling can get full and messy fairly quickly, but otherwise a great place.
This management company SUCKS BIG TIME. Ive been living in one of their properties for over a year and they DO NOT CARE ABOUT TENANTS. 516 N. Harvard Blvd is INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS. They wont hire exterminators and they recently shut all the hallway lights off to cut costs i guess. Horrible.
