To start off with I was not treated well by the salesman, he was rude and not very informative. It didn't take long for me to regret buying the ring from you. When I received the ring after the diamond was set and the ring was sized, I was very disappointed in the quality of the workmanship. The diamond was not straight and the band wasn't put back together well. I brought it back to be fixed, and I still wasn't impressed. Which brings us to the present. I went in to Alpine as an apprehensive customer. I left satisfied with my purchase and financing option. Riley was an extremely knowledgeable and helpful salesman. He showed my finance several different options after being provided a description of what she wanted. We ended up having her ring custom made. The ring was made and even modified until it was perfect. I'd recommend purchasing from Alpine to anyone.
