First class service, as always! Alpine Jewelers rocks! Sent in a couple of watches for repair from Atlanta, and had them back within a week in tip top shape. Thanks Rhett!
To start off with I was not treated well by the salesman, he was rude and not very informative. It didn't take long for me to regret buying the ring from you. When I received the ring after the diamond was set and the ring was sized, I was very disappointed in the quality of the workmanship. What a joke. False advertising. Claim to pay 20% more on scrap gold. Total ripoff.
I went in to Alpine as an apprehensive customer. I left satisfied with my purchase and financing option. Riley was an extremely knowledgeable and helpful salesman. He showed my finance several different options after being provided a description of what she wanted. We ended up having her ring custom made. The ring was made and even modified until it was perfect. I'd recommend purchasing from Alpine to anyone.
