Quality Home Solutions was professional and quick. We put in a full kitchen with an island and dining area in our basement along with a converted laundry closet. Jeremy helped design it to what we had in mind. We're particular people too, and he and his contractors were so patient and accommodating with our changes. I'll be using them again for renovations.
This warranty is useless. They kept looking for excuses to refuse service your appliances. I had them come out a few times, they always tried to take care of the problems “in house” and never wanted to find professionals to resolve problems.

Loren went above and beyond to help us feel like he treated this inspection was for his own home. We discovered important information and appreciated how thorough Loren was. Would recommend to anyone.
Had Loren our to inspect our condo before purchasing. We developed a leak under the sink when he closed the valve and did not know to open it all the way. The slow leak accumulated over a week and finally let go into the downstairs condo flooding the kitchen. Our condo remained vacant and no one else entered the condo since. Loren refused to accept any responsibility for causing the leak and subsequent damage to our neighbors unit. Accidents happen to everyone.
