Crummy, unwilling service from unresponsive people with an u limited supply of excuses. Can't keep track of paperwork. Don't follow through with commitments. Have a new system of rotating numbers, so they appear as spam. Find another provider!
This review is specifically about Alpine Home Medical’s power wheelchair service department. The ilevel feature on my Quantum Edge 3 is malfunctioning so I filled out a service request on their website. I received a message saying I would be contacted in a day or two. After waiting 2 to 3 weeks with no response, I called Alpine and explained my problem to a woman. She told me someone would be in touch with me in a day or two. DJ came to our home last night and showed us how to set up the Oxygen machines. He was so professional and was very very personable and answered all our questions. He is a asset to your company.
Alpine medical will only give you two days to pick up an item then Alpine medical will give it away to someone. Beware!
