5 stars. 100% call Alpine if you are having a bid/assessment by Rad*** or another HVAC company that somehow draws the conclusion that your entire system needs to be replaced because one component is broken. Alpine is an HVAC company that clearly operates with integrity - giving homeowners the advice they'd give their own family members. Highly recommend. True testament is when they setup a brand new unit in the Summer and cooling was all good but in the winter the furnace was having issues staying on. They made 3 trips to make sure it was fixed and done right. They do not give up on their customers and are super prompt. I will use them for all my HVAC needs till I am in Austin area.
Called these guys off a recommendation from our realtor to address issues with our one year old system. They worked us into their schedule and were able to sort out some wiring issues. Fast, friendly service. We’ll be customers for life.
Tough logistical challenges caused by Hurricane Beryl, there were some delays in getting my replacement AC unit to Alpine. Despite these issues Corey from Alpine was fantastic to work with, keeping me updated throughout the entire process. As soon as Alpine received the unit they promptly called and scheduled the installation for the same day. Within a few hours, my AC was up and running smoothly. Thank you for all your help!
