These guys deserved every five stars they earned. We got a very reasonable quote from Alpine Garage Doors Westchase Co. to replace our noisy old garage doors, and we didn't even have to shop around. They were prompt, efficient, on time, thorough and professional. We were so impressed by their service that we referred them to my parents, who also need to replace their worn out 15-yr old garage doors. My parents also gave them five stars!
Highly recommend this business. I had a garage door, perhaps from the 80's, that kinda worked but only barely. It's noisy and clunky. Alpine Garage Doors Westchase Co.'s Tom showed up with a competitive, no-nonsense new door quote. I liked that they seemed to have dealt with this type of old doors and frames quite a bit. I needed garage doors installed to replace the 50-year-old ones in my house(Houston). They happened to have availability the next day. They did a professional job, and everything looks great. I will recommend them to my friends and family. The door is back to life, and my car can go out.
My door spring system broke. It's about time, as it's been used since 10 yrs ago. I called up and got a prompt response. Scott showed up and installed the springs I bought. He realized that the sizing was too big for the door I got, so he replaced one of the springs with a smaller one. Overall, they completed the work in 30 minutes with fine-tuning and a very reasonable price. Very professional. The door is back to life, and my car can go out.
