I had an amazing experience with Dr Olson and Miss Bailey yesterday. My front tooth filling came out and I am pretty self conscious about it. Dr. Olson and Miss Bailey made sure to fit me in. I had numbing medication provided by Mr. Cody, I felt nothing and front teeth usually are more sensitive, it was amazing. I was pampered by miss Bailey with warm blanket and multiple times asked if I needed anything. Dr. Olsen restored my front tooth to a masterpiece that now no one can tell that it is a filling. I have never felt judged or like I’m “just another paying customer” here. All my questions and concerns have been taken seriously, and I’ve never felt like I’m being talked down to. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now rather than dreading it.
I've been going to Alpine Dental for 10 plus years....I absolutely love them! Very knowledgeable and caring....I never get any surprises and they do great work! And most important to me, I don't have any 'fear' in the chair! The whole staff is wonderful!
It’s has been while since I’ve been into the dentist, and they were very kind and understanding. The staff was personable. I have the world’s worse gag reflex and they were able to make my visit more enjoyable and bearable. They even gave a gift bag for being a first time customer. They will have my family’s business for a while! Very impressed with their professionalism and calm/welcoming environment!
Been coming here for 20 years. Great staff and cost is fair. I miss Dr Eller but Dr Olson and Dr Chapman have been wonderful. Mindy & Holly are exceptional as well! Cody is my hygienist and he’s fantastic; my gums don’t throb after a cleaning, he’s knowledgeable and skilled. I especially value how he works with me on the best dental management and isn’t just trying to sell something. He really listens and understands the balance of dental health within a budget.
