Today (10/7/25) Alex came out to service my unit. An outstanding working person for his age group. Thank you, Alex, unit inside and outside, looks brand new.

Alex is a polite young man and extremely efficient. He checked everything and was done within 30 minutes.
We contacted Alpine on the the weekend, although closed, we were able to leave a note for service. Alpine called back in the week and scheduled an appointment for the following week with an approximate time that was met by the technician. The technician did a thorough check and provided great suggestions on proper use and maintenance. Thank you!
