We're locally owned and headquartered in Olympia, Washington, and serve customers far and wide from Seattle to Chehalis and from Hoodsport to Bonney Lake. We are certified as a Master Installer under the NW Ductless Project guidelines.

The whole experience I had with Alpine Ductless was amazing. They were responsive to my needs and very friendly. The technicians they sent out were knowledgeable and respectful. In doing the repairs they fixed an issue that wasn't directly related to my issue , but needed to be done so my unit performs properly. My whole experience with Alpine Ductless from sales to installation and service has been incredible!! Won't ever use anyone else. Thank you
Alpine is awesome! You can tell by the positive, can do attitude of all staff that this is a great company to work for. We recently had a power outage that fried all but one of our heat pumps...and during a record cold snap to boot. Not only did Alpine come to the rescue quickly in spite of being short staffed, but they got all parts ordered and did all the repairs in just one week.
