I had the pleasure of having Alpine Ductless install my heat pump through the Energize Thurston group buy program. From the start, communication was top notch. On install day, Jordan and Michael were prompt, informative, and overall just fun to work with. My install went seamlessly (despite us having to make a last-minute change in the location of the heat pump unit) and I'm no longer dreading stretches of hot weather. A great experience all around! I highly recommend Alpine.
Alpine provided a professional personable engineer that had the patience to answer my questions and fix our issues. Arriving early to my home, how often does that happen. I highly recommend them!
