I spent 124 dollars on a 10 minute appointment just to be told I need a general surgeon which they said would contact me that was 3 weeks ago will never go back or recommend
RecommendedDr. Marshall has a great bedside manner and is very professional and really knows his stuff.
I was experiencing great difficulty obtaining approval for the medication I needed. I had been to another specialist and received nothing but a run around. Had my appt on a Friday and by Tuesday, with a great amount of leg work done by this office, I was able to pick up the prescription I needed... this provider and his staff are great.
Great providers and a great staff! Very personable, competent, and kind!
My 3.5 year old son was treated at the Idaho Falls office today by Cameron French, he had to have one wart froze on his chin and another one on his lip, which as I’m sure you can guess is no easy task on a little guy, he and the nurse were so kind and gentle and very quick during the procedure, my son was very upset after the procedure was over and they again were so kind with him and got him three suckers and a cookie to try and calm him down, I’ve also been treated for warts and acne at this facility by Cameron and Dr. Mar... read more
After a botched stitching job done by Cameron, my husband had to have his wound reopened and restitched so it would heal correctly. This was not that big of a deal...mistakes happen and they were happy to fix it...but then we got the bill. The first attempt was billed at $1,000 and the second was $1,500...to do the exact same procedure?? Dr Marshall and staff and facility are pretty amazing. After diagnosis, we got rid of a melanoma within days.
