I always get the best service from Dr Nordie and Tracy. Also Ann and Denise and all of the others that work there. They are are caring and always give me the best service anyone could ask for.
I'm sure that I am like most of you when you hear tose two God awful words coming from your Dentist mouth, "root canal", that you too cringe and want to assume the fetal position. Well, cringe no more! Majority of everyone who heard or I told, automatically assumed that it would be bad. It wasn't. Dr. Nordlie and his Team are AWESOME! Now it's not a walk n the park, but Wow! I actually look forward to going to the dentist here! The staff and atmosphere is relaxing and gracious. Dr. Nordlie is delightful, witty and gentle.

I just had an onlay procedure done this last week and it was a great experience. Dr. Nordlie made sure that I was not going to be uncomfortable at all. He would constantly be checking to see how I was doing. I think Dr. Nordlie and his staff are the very best!

I have never felt so cared about and taken care of at a dentist appointment! I am usually very nervous about appointments, but will definitely go back to Dr. Nordlie!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Nordlie for 20+ years now, and even though we don't live in Federal Way we still continue to go there. His staff are like family to us. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!
Kellie had to sit for longer than comfortable with the suction in her mouth waiting for Tracy to come back in the room. Other than that, it was great as usual!
